Parenting the first, second and third years

We started out in Wisconsin and received this publication from the WIC office. We continued to receive it when we moved, till our son turned three.
It was, and still is, the most concise material I have come across for guidlines to parenting children three and under. This was quick and easy to read; yet, it was very informative... giving tips on play time, child/ age development, foods, and just answers to many of the questions we as parents ask.
I was so thankful for this publication. It reassured me that my child was developing normally and that what I was feeling/ facing as a parent was normal.
I've used it as a reference for the two children we have had since.       

Thanks all who were involved in producing this pamphlet.


The only thing I wish is that all the materlal in the pamphlets were combined into a book... making it easier to transport and store.
