This Standard Erosion Control Plan is provided to assist builders in meeting the requirement—stated in chapters Comm 20 and 21 of the Wisconsin Uniform Dwelling Code—that soil erosion control information needs to be included on the plot plan prior to the issuance of building permits for one- and two-family dwelling units (in those jurisdictions where the soil erosion control provisions of the Uniform Dwelling Code are enforced).
