The best tomato juice recipe!
I have been very pleased with the recipe and directions for making tomato juice in this booklet.  It is delicious and really doesn't separate!  I do, however, question the recipes for Stewed Tomatoes and Tomatoes with Okra or Zuchinni.  I thought that the addition of acid (lemon juice) to tomato products was always required to home can tomato products safely.  Therefore, I did add 1 Tb. lemon juice to my pints of stewed tomatoes and am very pleased with the results.
